September 22, 2011 – The 451 Group, a leading technology industry analyst firm, recently released its annual eDiscovery report, entitled eDiscovery and eDisclosure 2011: Crossing Clouds and Continents.  This exhaustive report is billed as not just an examination of “how this growing industry is adjusting to new technologies, but also to new legal decisions and regulations.”  The report also profiles the top eDiscovery vendors in the industry, including Daegis.

The 451 Group notes that Daegis’ eDiscovery business has “grown slightly more than 20% during the year, with EBITDA margins of just over 25%.”  The profile continues to say that “if the organic growth in its e-discovery business is any indication, Daegis may be able to realize continued strong revenue increases. Its staffed attorney review service is a differentiator, especially when up against pure software plays.”
