Linda Beaudoin :: eDiscovery Analytics Consultant (eDAC)
Synopsis of Experience
Linda Beaudoin is a member of the Daegis consulting team specializing in Data Analytics. Ms. Beaudoin is responsible for the design and implementation of the Data Analytics process, including consultations with clients, execution of Data Analytics strategies, improving and developing the process, quality control and related documentation.
Prior to joining Daegis, Linda was one of the founding members of the SPi Data Analytics consulting group where she was responsible for data reduction strategies on multiple large discovery projects, including performance of data analysis, culling and validation of processes. She has also defended SPi’s search strategies and data reduction techniques to Government Regulators, Bankruptcy Examiners and participated with counsel for Rule 26(f) meet and confer sessions and prepared documentation in support of same.
Linda also held a number of positions with Daticon, Inc. including Lead Business Analyst, Director of Client Services and Litigation Software Consultant. She was responsible for the creation of the Business Analyst department at Daticon that was primarily focused on internal/external business requirements analysis and specification design for development and project-specific initiatives. She has extensive experience in structured and unstructured data retrieval techniques, software evaluation, training and project management.
Linda’s prior experience as a Senior Litigation Paralegal and Systems Administrator with a Providence, Rhode Island law firm provided her with a broad and deep understanding of the legal process and how Electronic Discovery and search technology fits into it. During her tenure with the firm, she gained significant trial and discovery experience, including drafting legal pleadings, legal and topical research, document review and trial support. She was also responsible for the evaluation and implementation of many practice support applications.
