Meet our Leadership
Daegis® boasts a talented pool of executives and managers with over one hundred years combined experience in the litigation support field. Our background includes direct experience in the management of complex eDiscovery projects, managing large imaging and coding facilities, high-level project management, litigation support and consulting, massive document review projects, software development, and the practice of law.
Executive Team
Todd Wille
President and Chief Executive Officer
Todd Wille became the president and chief executive officer of Daegis when the company merged with Unify in June 2010, where he has served as CEO since November 2000. Mr. Wille joined Unify in August 1995 and served until 1997 as the corporate controller, vice president, finance, and chief financial officer. Before returning to Unify in 2000 as the COO and acting CFO, Mr. Wille was with FRx Software serving as the vice president of finance and chief financial officer and senior vice president of operations. In 2008, Mr. Wille was named Best Turnaround Executive in America by the American Business Awards (ABA), also known as the Stevie Awards. Mr. Wille received a B.A. degree in business administration with concentrations in accounting and finance and management information systems from Wartburg College.
Steven Bonham
Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Steven Bonham joined Daegis though the merger with Unify, where he has served chief financial officer since June 2005. Before joining Unify, Mr. Bonham was the chief financial officer for LexisNexis/Examen, a subsidiary of LexisNexis, from 1997-2005. Prior to LexisNexis/Examen, Mr. Bonham spent nine years with Foundation Health Corporation, a former Fortune 500 publicly traded managed care insurance company, most recently serving as the vice president of finance for Foundation’s, California Heath Plan. Mr. Bonham, a licensed certified public accountant, has a B.S. degree in accounting from California State University, Sacramento.
Kurt Jensen
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Kurt has more than 20 years of experience in litigation support and eDiscovery. He has become recognized in the industry for his entrepreneurial focus and passion for quality, best practices, and innovation. Kurt co-founded Daegis in 1999 and helped steer it into a successful and profitable eDiscovery technology and services firm. In June 2010, Daegis merged with Unify and today is a a publicly held eDiscovery company. He is drawing on his years of experience in working with corporate counsel and law firm clients to grow Daegis by adding new capabilities to its technology and services portfolio, while continuing to provide the industry’s best eDiscovery experience. Kurt has a bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing from the University of California, Berkeley, CA.
Judson Holt
Senior Vice President of Client Services and Operations
A co-founder of Daegis, Jud has more than 15 years of diverse litigation support and eDiscovery experience. He knows eDiscovery from the ground up, having worked as a database administrator and project manager before assuming responsibility for the success of Daegis’ operations. Under his leadership, the Daegis operations groups have grown substantially. In his current role, he is responsible for the teams that deliver client success, including operations, IT, software development, client services, and data collections. His efforts are focused on the continued development and implementation of quality processes throughout the organization to ensure successful project outcomes. He mentors a cadre of talented and accomplished department directors who work collaboratively to ensure client expectations are not only met, but also exceeded. Jud also plays a critical role in the development of Daegis products and service offerings.
Before joining Daegis, Jud served as a consultant/project manager at ZIA Information Analysis Group and DeNovo. He specialized in managing multiple vendors and large-scale coding and imaging projects for major class-action cases. He received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Colorado.
Duane George
Senior Vice President of Products and CTO
Duane George has more than 20 years of experience leading software development and professional services organizations. He has extensive experience in the design and development of software that addresses business problems and meets requirements of legal organizations as well as information technology departments. Duane joined Daegis through the company’s merger with Unify, where he worked for more than 15 years and has served as CTO since 2006. In his role with Daegis, Duane leads development and plays an integral role in shaping the business strategic direction and growth.
Duane began his career as an engineer with the Department of Defense, managing the acquisition and implementation of computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems. He later joined the US Space Command to manage strategic space defense initiatives and satellite command control and communication (C3) programs. He eventually moved into software development, customer support, and project management with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Duane earned his degree in engineering from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
Suzi Schultz
Vice President, Sales and Business Strategy
Suzi has more than 20 years of experience in the management of complex eDiscovery projects. She joined Daegis in 2005 and served as vice president of sales until 2010 when her role was expanded to include business development as well. As vice president of sales and business strategy, Suzi’s responsibilities include: overseeing the sales team, building channels for Daegis’ technology and services, driving top line revenue growth, and providing senior-level consulting services to clients. During her tenure, Suzi and her team generated record-level revenue for Daegis for four consecutive years and substantially grew the company’s client base.
Before joining Daegis, Suzi was the national sales director for TechLaw, Inc. based in Chantilly, VA. Under her management, the sales team increased yearly sales revenue by 200%. Suzi has a vast knowledge of eDiscovery and litigation support solutions and has provided nationwide training for several of those solutions. She is active in the Sedona Conference and Women in eDiscovery organizations. She received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and is an ABA-certified paralegal from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute.
Glenn Rhodes
Vice President of Marketing and CMO
Glenn Rhodes brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the high tech industry, having held key management roles in marketing, sales, strategy, and consulting for several leading technology firms. At Daegis, he is responsible for all facets of marketing that support the company’s growth and leadership in the eDiscovery market including: strategic marketing, field marketing, product marketing, branding, and public and analyst relations.
Before joining Daegis, Glenn served as vice president of marketing at CA, Inc., where his leadership and direction led to worldwide growth in both revenue and new channel partner recruitment for the company’s information governance software line. Prior to CA, Glenn worked at Symantec, where he led development of sales and marketing programs that drove multi-million dollar revenue growth and developed unified messaging and positioning for the information management and security software businesses. Glenn began his career in sales, working for Arkivio, Inc., HP, and NCR. Glenn holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northern Illinois University, College of Business.
