Contracts Administrator (San Francisco/Roseville/Sacramento)

The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for handling the administration of eDiscovery, Software Licenses, Maintenance, Government, Foreign and Purchasing contracts.  This position will interact regularly with Sales, Administration, Account Operations, Customers and Vendors. Strong communication (written and verbal), organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task is required. The Contracts Administrator will report directly to the Sr. Director of Human Resources and Contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a central point of contact to facilitate contractual activities from inception to completion.
  • Prepare, review, interpret, recommend and execution of contractual terms and conditions related to statements of work, MSA, software licenses agreements, MOU, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, RFQ, and RFP’s in accordance with company policy.
  • Develop and maintain contract database, shared network drive and templates.
  • Provide time sensitive contractual support to Sales, Administration, and Account Operations for e-Discovery, Unify and Corporate divisions.
  • File and maintain contracts, hard-copy and electronic.
  • Understanding of legal terminology, limitation of liability, indemnification is required.
  • Participate in and/or lead negotiations related to contractual terms and conditions.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Daegis’ products, processes, technical processes and organizational structure.
  • Motivate and communicate effectively with individuals both inside and outside of the Daegis organization.
  • Observes all laws, regulations and maintain an awareness of regulatory changes (United States and Foreign) and their impact on contracts.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive professional experience in contracts administration.
  • Background, expertise or experience in eDiscovery or closely related legal market and Software licenses.
  • Strong communication; written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Stellar interpersonal and leadership skills to guide personnel, customers and various individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, extended hours, and travel as necessary.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business or technical discipline.

Sales Development Representative

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Development Representatives (SDR) are responsible for providing telephone and email prospecting to support the sale of Daegis’ eDiscovery products and services. The SDRs will utilize proactive outbound cold calling to qualify and distribute leads, identify decision makers, determine customer needs, overcome selling objections, and develop a qualified sales opportunity pipeline.  SDRs will be focused on creating appointments for outside reps to drive revenue growth within assigned territories.  Additional responsibilities include:

  • Run regional call campaigns to qualify and develop leads for the outside sales team.
  • Actively participate in coordinated account planning efforts with outside sales teams.
  • Prepare sales documentation/communication, produce activity reports and forecasts, and respond to general customer questions.
  • Exercise judgment and decision making within broadly defined practices, procedures and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining sales results.
  • Build and manage lead development pipeline, call campaigns, cold calling, referrals, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Software Web Developer will assist in the support, design and implementation of Windows based applications related to our ED processing system and web based online review tool. The main application that this position will be assisting with is a multi-faceted, complex application comprised of many modules.  In this position you will be responsible for select components of the application and must work closely and well with other members of the team to ensure smooth interaction between all parts.  The Software Web Developer will report to the Manager of Software Development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support, design and implementation of Windows based applications related to our ED processing system and web based online review tool.
  • Design of UI, business logic, and management / workflow for ED system.
  • Recommend, design and implement on-going system application and architectural improvements.
  • Work well both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Support the QA team through the testing and validation of applications.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Stong understanding of OOP
  • 3+ years of experience with C#.NET and ASP.NET.
  • 3+ years of relevant Web/GUI development experience in multi-tier web applications
  • 1+ years of experience with Silverlight, WCF Data/RIA Services
  • Knowledge of MVVM pattern
  • Knowledge of DDD, TDD, BDD
  • Familiarity with classic ASP a plus

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: A Software QA Assistant participates in the development of next generation web-based Electronic Discovery online review tool, ensures the highest quality releases.  Advocates for the end-user and recommends changes to the product.  The fast-paced, dynamic environment requires the ability to shift priorities and projects quickly and efficiently.  The position reports to the QA Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hands-on black box testing of the web and VB/C# applications
  • Perform regression testing and limited white box testing
  • Writing and updating test plans and scripts
  • Create and execute real-life test scenarios
  • Implement and maintain automated QA testing procedures
  • Able to meet hard deadlines for testing and product delivery
  • Advocate and affect product changes for overall quality improvements
  • Test, debug and evaluate computer software for internal and external purposes
  • Test various Silverlight and ASP pages both content and functionality
  • Test backend/database features with SQLServer being the desired relational database
